GTBL-E25A100為一款工業用通用型無刷馬達驅動器, 具備優異的控制性能與控制響應速度, 並完整實現電流環與速度環, 適用於速度控制或扭力控制等應用場合. 此驅動器亦具備各種保護電路功能, 包含過電壓, 過電流, 低電壓, 過溫, 短路保護. 驅動器支援 20-80V輸入電壓, 瞬間最大電流為15A, 連續輸出電流為7.5A. 最大輸出為1200W, 適用於 10W-550W之無刷或有刷馬達

GTBL-E25A100為一款工業用通用型無刷馬達驅動器. 具備以下特點

  1. 隨插即用, 適用各種槽級數之無刷馬達, 不需要額外設定馬達槽級數.
  2. 具備電流環控制. 馬達堵轉時依舊可以穩定輸出扭力
  3. 支援Hall / Encoder 閉迴路速度回授介面

Port 6  SPD output Velocity Monitor. Analog output proportional to motor speed. In Hall Velocity mode,
output is proportional to the Hall Sensor line frequency. Hall Velocity scaling is 100Hz/V. In Encoder Velocity mode,
output is proportional to the encoder line frequency. Encoder Velocity scaling is 22 kHz/V.

二. 驅動器Mode Selection

SW 1  SW Name  Description
SW 1_1 Test / Offset Test/Offset. Switches the function of the Test/Offset pot
between an on-board command input for testing or a command  offset adjustment. OFF by default.
SW 1_2 Hall 120° / 60° 120/60 degree commutation phasing setting
SW 1_3 INH/ENB Inhibit logic. Sets the logic level of inhibit pins. ON by default.
SW 1_4 SPD +/- Velocity feedback polarity. Changes the polarity of the internal
feedback signal and the velocity monitor output signal. Inversion of the feedback polarity may be required to prevent a motor run-away condition. ON by default.
